Our Managing partner Mr. Sumit Kumar Bansal has more than 15 years of professional experience to support Japanese MNCs in the automotive industry. Majorly focused on nich product promotion, business development and create a brand value in the Indian market.

We have good connections with major OEM, Tier-I, Tier-II and MSME companies like Maruti Suzuki, Daikin, Rane NSK, Tube Investment of India, Toyota Kirloskar, Mitsuba, and others.

Mr. Puneet Jain is a highly accomplished Chartered Accountant with over 17 years of extensive experience in auditing, taxation, financial advisory, legal compliance, and corporate governance. Renowned for his strategic insight and uncompromising professional integrity, he has advised and supported numerous organizations across diverse sectors in strengthening their financial and regulatory frameworks.

His expertise in regulatory compliance, risk management, and financial structuring enables organizations to operate with enhanced governance standards, operational transparency, and long-term financial stability.
